This Deliverable reports on the three Gourmet Events that were organised as part of the RADIANT project. These events were organised in Crete, Scotland and Italy bringing together farmers, producers, and researchers to discuss and showcase the value of developping dynamic value chains (DVCs) for underutilized crops and celebrate the success stories of inspiring farmers.
