LEGAL REGULATION OF DIGITAL WORKS OF ART (NFT)

This article analyzes the legal status of digital works of art (NFT), issues of their legal regulation, and the existing legislation in this field in Uzbekistan. Also, approaches to the legal regulation of NFTs in different countries, including proposals for regulation of this field at the international level, are analyzed and studied. Along with this, it also discusses the legal issues that arise in the sale and ownership of digital artworks using NFTs and the importance of addressing and regulating existing regulatory mechanisms and legal errors related to NFTs.

Abstract
