Universal Asset Infrastructure: A Three U's Framework for Integrating Traditional and Digital Finance
This paper explores the transformative potential of the Three U's Framework—user-centric, unified, and universal—in creating a universal asset infrastructure that integrates traditional and digital finance. By leveraging tokenization and blockchain technology, the framework aims to enhance market efficiency, accessibility, and financial inclusion. Our mixed-methods research, including expert interviews, case studies, and quantitative analysis, reveals significant potential benefits, such as a 47% increase in market liquidity and a 58.9% rise in global market accessibility. However, challenges such as regulatory harmonization, technological readiness, and security concerns must be addressed. The study highlights the need for innovative regulatory approaches, technological advancements, and comprehensive user education to realize the framework's full potential. The findings contribute to the ongoing dialogue on financial innovation and provide a roadmap for future research and development in creating a more inclusive and efficient global financial system. By proposing a cohesive infrastructure that bridges traditional and digital assets, this paper envisions a future where financial markets are more interconnected, accessible, and responsive to the needs of all participants.
