The training also fostered better emotional intelligence and adaptability, contributing to overall professional growth. This study highlights the potential of advanced English communication training as a powerful tool for personality enhancement, demonstrating that targeted communication skills development can lead to substantial improvements in professional competence and interpersonal effectiveness. The results underscore the importance of integrating advanced communication training into professional development programs to support young professionals in their career progression
