D4.3 - WP4 Updated implementation plan and progress report

This Deliverable outlines the status of the different components and functionalities operated within WP4 during the second part of the AI4EOSC project and aimed to be an integral part of the AI4EOSC second release (AI4EOSC 2nd Release). Both architecture and roadmap evolution are briefly discussed.From there, the definition of the activities aimed at completing the functionalities of the AI4EOSC 2nd Release are depicted. Specifically, the architecture and roadmap update are detailed, including the status and description of the platform components and actions. Concerning the services updates, the following components are explained in detail: workload management system, PaaS orchestration and provisioning as the new features like the new monitoring service and the Federation service PaaS microservice. Other updates consist of the AI as a service system, the advanced tools for AI including federated learning, distributed learning and incremental learning, and finally the introduction of the CVAT tool for image labeling.
