Modelling post-disturbance empirical patterns in a forest ecosystem: supporting code v1.0

Code for submission of the paper 'Modelling post-disturbance empirical patterns in a forest ecosystem'. Extracts relevant data from the Paracou Disturbance Experiment dataset, performs analysis and simulations. Data are available upon request at https://dataverse.cirad.fr/dataverse/paracou and is to be placed in the folder ./data/; data pertaining each plot should be saved in separate files, i.e. 'plot1.csv', ..., 'plot12.csv'. Code written in Julia 1.9.3, tested on MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1. This repository contains a zip version with a suitable folder structure; the code is given in Jupyter notebook form for ease of utilization. To reproduce results of the paper, run all the notebook.
