STATE REGULATION OF SOCIAL RELATIONS IN THE FIELD OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This research paper provides a comprehensive analysis of legal and economic aspects of regulating relations in the field of intellectual property. The study examines mechanisms of state regulation, international cooperation, including with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the role of collective management in ensuring effective protection of intellectual property objects. Particular attention is paid to the problems of combating counterfeit goods and piracy. Based on the analysis conducted, the author draws conclusions about the state and prospects for the development of the intellectual property protection system in modern conditions.
