The Impact of Digital Transformation on Entrepreneurs Business Models: A Systematic Review of the Literature

Digital transformation has become a key driving force for innovation, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in today’s business environment. This study integrates current literature to explore the multidimensional impact of digital technologies on different business scales including product innovation, customer experience and business processes. Advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and incorporating online analytics enabled companies to accelerate processes, improve product quality and introduce new features by also enhancing the customer experience of digital transformation. The most important outcome is that it promotes higher levels of satisfaction and loyalty in the business sector, digital technologies have streamlined processes, reduced costs and improved decision-making capabilities. Successful implementation of digital transformation, however, requires a supportive organizational culture and an effective change management strategy. This study identifies important research gaps, such as the need for detailed research on the long-term impact of digital transformation and the impact on SMEs. Addressing these gaps provides a sense of digital transformation and its impact on businesses. Overall, this study highlights the transformative potential of digital technologies and provides actionable insights for businesses and programs aiming to navigate the challenges of the digital age.
