Transcendental Reflection as Constructor of Values and Possibility of AI-Axiologies
As is known Immanuel Kant are using legal analogies for Kant’s Tribunal of Pure Reason in his Critique of Pure Reason. Kant suggested that a possibility itself of such sort of Tribunal could be justified by an existence of Transcendental Reflection (A263/B319) as some kind of constructor of values. Kant’s student Johann Gottfried Herder in 1799 was the first who showed self-contradictory nature of transcendental reflection (TR). In order to overcome Russell — like Gerder’s argument, contemporary post-Kantian philosophers have attempt to design a special type of Kantian cognitive robots (Brushinkin’s philosophical robot (1990), Evans’s Apperception Engine (2022)) which can avoid logical difficulties of transcendental reflection. As a continuation of such attempts my article is introducing The First Artificial Neo-Kantian Bot called “P.I.N.K.” based on the large language model (Copilot / DALL_E). The first philosophical experiments with PINK in axiology and new heuristics for further AI-axiologies are described systematically.
