GUARANTEES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF A PERSON RELATED TO WORK

This article explores the concept, content, and mechanisms of guaranteeing constitutional labor rights. It analyzes legal and institutional guarantees that ensure the right to work, fair conditions, and protection under labor laws in line with the new version of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study emphasizes the role of national and international legal norms, judicial bodies, the prosecutor's office, and the ombudsman in safeguarding these rights. It also highlights procedural methods like legal appeals and international claims as key tools for enforcing and protecting individuals' labor-related constitutional rights.
