Australian forest and wood products statistics: Trade to 2023-24

This issue of the regular Australian forest and wood products statistics (AFWPS) series includes new 2023-24 data for trade of wood products, housing commencement and forest sector employment. It also reports detailed 2022-23 data on value and volume harvested as well as performance of the wood product manufacturing sector, which have previously been published by ABARES. This report conveys the current state of industry and informs decisions on trends and drivers of change.
