Study and Analysis of the Narrator's Function in Semantic Relations and the Transmission of Concepts in Kashf al-Mahjoob

In the science of narratology, the role and function of narrators in the position of transmitting meaning and the examination of its manner have always been of interest to analysts. Since in mystical texts, understanding and comprehending the deep meaning of the text is directly dependent on the manner of its narration, examining how narrators are used in these texts can help enhance the understanding of their semantic structure. Now, this research, using a descriptive-analytical method, explains the theoretical foundations of narratologists and makes practical use of Genet's theory in the segmentation and function of narrator types to analyze examine Hajviri's Kashf al-Mahjoob. The goal is to examine the presence of each type of narrator in the structural coherence of the text and the effect of its types on the process of understanding the meaning and mystical teachings. Finally, the results of this study will show that in where the author describes the lives of the sheikhs and the descriptions of different sects, the largest number of narrators is present. The implicit or abstract narrator, which is the second self of Hujviri, is used to understand the hidden layers of meaning and corresponds to different classes of general and specific readers; the use of the narrator in this work is related to the indirect explanation of complex mystical concepts and through hidden layers in a purposeful way. The hidden narrator practically narrates the individual experiences of the mystics, which cannot be generalized, through the language of subjective and ideal narrators and subsequently will have a direct impact on the ideal and implicit audience.
