Through detailed analysis of these factors, the research identifies key obstacles to economic security and health equity and offers concrete recommendations for local leaders. The proposed strategies highlight the need for strong cross-sector collaboration, meaningful community engagement, and integrated policy efforts. Solutions include expanding the Work First Program, as well as social safety nets, and implementing multigenerational service models. By focusing on sustainable growth and economic equity, these initiatives aim to create more jobs and close health disparities. This community-centered approach provides local officials and residents with actionable, evidence-based plans that promise long-term improvements for the Latine community’s economic and health outcomes.
