Pradhanmantri Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Utthan Mahabhiyan

Our country is still an agricultural country and despite being an agricultural country, our farmers face many problems every day. The biggest problem of farmers in our country is that they do not get the right price for their inputs. There are many reasons for these problems. We will study how to provide adequate electricity to farmers at a cheaper rate. We will also learn here how farmers can increase their profits by using solar pumps. Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM KUSUM) is a scheme for farmers to encourage farmers to use solar pumps in their irrigations. This scheme has certain benefits for farmer and government. Also other than farmers, other people can also setup solar power plant and sell power to discom generated via powerplant. In this study we will see how state government and farmer are getting benefit from this scheme and how it is blooming our solar energy businesses as well.
