Measuring the parameters of an HNL model at FCC-ee

Based on formalism of the recently proposed pSPSS model for heavy neutralleptons (HNLs), we study the possibility of measuring the oscillations of HNLs at the FCC-ee with a parametrised detector simulation. We further discuss strategies for discriminationof the Dirac or Majorana nature of the HNLs, and we assess how this strategy can be appliedto constrain the parameters of the model in the parameter space in which the oscillationmay not be observable.

Abstract

Based on formalism of the recently proposed pSPSS model for heavy neutralleptons (HNLs), we study the possibility of measuring the oscillations of HNLs at the FCC-ee with a parametrised detector simulation. We further discuss strategies for discriminationof the Dirac or Majorana nature of the HNLs, and we assess how this strategy can be appliedto constrain the parameters of the model in the parameter space in which the oscillationmay not be observable.
