This is a Jupyter Notebook file for Python with links to the data on the Correlates of War website used in this paper.

<p>It is advised to first download the data and save them in the same folder from which the notebook is running under the names used in the notebook. In addition, it contains the code that was used in pre-processing the data and generating the yearly networks on the three different relations. By providing this notebook, we enable readers to inspect the code and understand the underlying methodology and replicate the data generation process for their own research.
