Functionality of 3xFLAG-labelled Sfx<sub>94</sub>.

<p>pVCR94<sup>Sp</sup> was transferred from <i>E</i>. <i>coli</i> VB111 (Nx<sup>r</sup>) into <i>E</i>. <i>coli</i> DH5α λ<i>pir</i> bearing the indicated pAH56 derivatives (Kn<sup>r</sup>) expressing <i>sfx</i><sub>94</sub> or <i>sfx</i><sub>94</sub>-3xFlag in the presence or absence of IPTG. Transconjugants containing pVCR94<sup>Sp</sup> were selected as the Kn<sup>r</sup> Sp<sup>r</sup> colonies. Crossbars show the mean and standard error of the mean of three independent experiments. One-way ANOVA (p = 7.3e-8) with a Tukey-Kramer post-test was used on the log<sub>10</sub>-transformed values to compare the means for the IPTG-induced condition.</p> <p>(PDF)</p>
