Overview of islanding detection based on power generation system

\nWith the rapid development of electric power generation technology and the increasing complexity of electric power system, the problem of grid security has received widespread attention. The integration of a large number of distributed power sources such as power plants and substations into the grid has led to a significant increase in the load capacity requirements on the grid. Among them, detection of island effect becomes an indispensable and important detection means in every distributed gridconnected power generation system. This paper analyzes the working principle of the distributed grid-connected system and the detection method of island effect. It also summarizes the main detection techniques, including grid side detection, external switching capacitance detection and inverter side detection. When focusing on the inverter side detection technology inverter side detection has divided into active method and passive method. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of various detection techniques are discussed, and their applicability in different application scenarios is analyzed. At the same time, the differences in the detection standards of photovoltaic anti-island protection at home and abroad are compared, the influencing factors of anti-island test are analyzed, and how to solve practical problems through these technologies are discussed.\n
