Torqueless transmission

\nAn experimental sample of a drill implementing a torqueless method of operation has been developed, manufactured and tested. As a birotative motor, a standard DC commutator motor DP12-24 is used, supply voltage 24 V DC, rated rotation speed 3500 rpm, maximum torque 3.2 kg cm. For hand tools that use low-power motors ( up to 1 kW). A birotative electric motor has the ability to rotate both the rotor and the stator in the direction opposite to the rotor. The rotor and stator are equipped with pulleys to transmit rotation to the working shaft, with the rotor transmitting rotation in the forward direction, and the stator in the opposite direction. Thus, the rotor and stator are connected by a working shaft into a single rotation transmission system, ensuring the distribution of speeds of the rotor and stator in such a way that the rotor and stator rotate at the same speed in opposite directions.\n
