Результаты и перспективы реформ в электроэнергетике. Часть 2. К дискуссии о дальнейших отраслевых преобразованиях

The article proposes the main provisions of the new system of electric power industry management, formulated based on the results of the analysis presented in the first part in the previous issue of the journal. It demonstrates the need to take into account the technical and economic specifics of energy production as an imperative that limits competition in energy markets and influences the configuration of the organizational mechanism of the industry. The prerequisites for attracting private capital to the electric power industry and its activation in order to eliminate the shortage of investment for the modernization and technical re-equipment of fixed assets of energy enterprises and municipal energy sector are substantiated.
