This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Beyond application system used by PT Swakarya Insan Mandiri. Beyond is a web-based application used by employees to facilitate the monitoring of work activities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a problem-solving approsach. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results show that although Beyond improves work efficiency, there are still obstacles such as lack of understanding and complexity of application features. It is necessary to provide training and simplify the user interface.
