Strategic direction and its role in entrepreneurship An exploratory study at the University of Fallujah, College of Administration and Economics, Anbar

The study seeks to determine the variable of strategic direction with its dimensions (strategic vision, organization’s mission, strategic goals) as an independent variable and its role in entrepreneurship with its dimensions (proactive measures, risk tolerance, innovation and creativity). The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and as for the field aspect, the research community was represented by department managers. And the administrative divisions at the University of Fallujah in Anbar. The researcher selected a random sample of (40) individuals in the College of Administration and Economics - University of Fallujah, and it was completely retrieved. The research adopted the questionnaire as the main tool for obtaining the required data. A set of statistical methods were also adopted to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. . The research reached a set of conclusions. The study concluded that the employees of the College of agencies. In Iraq, we find a decrease in the volume of incoming foreign investments and an increase in the volume of outgoing investments during the period 2010-2022 according to the Administration and Economics at the University of Fallujah rely on the strategic direction to study future plans in a high manner.
