TECHNOLOGICAL INTEGRATION AND INNOVATION IN VISUAL ARTS PROJECT MANAGEMENT: IMPROVING DESIGN EDUCATION AND PRODUCTION COLLABORATION

With the rapid development of digital technology, visual arts project management is undergoing a transformation from a traditional model to a technology-driven innovation model. This article analyzes the application of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), blockchain and crowdfunding technologies in art project management, and discusses their promotion of design education and production collaboration. Research shows that technology integration not only optimizes the execution efficiency of art projects, but also provides new tools for interdisciplinary collaboration and educational practice. Through case studies (such as the VR project of the Metropolitan Museum of Art) and literature analysis, this paper proposes that technology integration can enhance the interactivity of design education and improve production efficiency through transparent collaboration mechanisms. In the future, it is necessary to further explore the deep path of the integration of technical ethics and education..
