This paper introduces a novel theoretical framework for next-generation communication networks based on $\psi$-field tunneling, enabling direct entanglement and data exchange between conscious minds. Unlike classical digital networks, $\psi$–Hamzah Networks bypass physical transmission layers by exploiting fractal consciousness resonance and entropic connectivity. We present the mathematical foundations of $\psi$-tunneling channels, analyze coherence preservation, and simulate mind-to-mind synchronization dynamics using fractional derivative models. Potential applications in secure, ultra-low-latency communications and collective cognition are discussed.
