IN COMPETITIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS DEVELOPMENT OF MECHANISMS USING INNOVATIVE CLUSTER

Abstract In the article, the world experience of the economic development of the regions is studied. For this purpose, the perspectives of using innovative clustering are examined based on international experience. Mechanisms of using innovative clustering and classification of cluster models used in the world are carried out. At the same time, the article analyzes the main directions of the reforms carried out in Azerbaijan on the application of innovative clusters. Innovative resources available in the country are being studied in this direction. At the end of the article, the efficiency of using innovative clusters is justified. The universal functional structure and blocks of the regional innovative cluster are proposed. Advantages and economic aspects of the proposed innovative cluster model are scientifically justified.
