The Conscious Photon Model: A Theory of Intrinsic Awareness and Wave Function Collapse
In this paper, a novel model is proposed for the collapse of the wave function, where the key agent is the intrinsic awareness within the quantum particle, not the human observer. This interpretation, named the Conscious Photon Model, posits that quantum entities possess an elementary form of internal decision-making capacity, determining when and how to collapse. By challenging the observer-centered view, the model introduces a new layer of agency at the particle level and opens new directions in interpreting quantum mechanics. Philosophical, experimental, and theoretical implications are also explored.
