ARMA-Sci presentations under the Rural Youth for Future Project (Interreg Europe) Public presentations delivered by Inês Duarte "Education, Science and Sustainability in Rural Territories", as part of ARMA-Sci participation in the Rural Youth for Future project, under the Interreg Europe framework. Within this initiative, ARMA-Sci was recognised as a European good practice in youth engagement through science and in the promotion of sustainable development in rural territories. The materials provided reflect ARMA-Sci’s intervention model and include testimonies and insights shared during the official visit of European project partners to Armamar (Centro Interpretativo da Mulher Duriense), held on 24 April 2025. This contribution forms part of ARMA-Sci’s ongoing commitment to open science, institutional transparency, and the collaborative development of solutions to strengthen youth employability in low-density regions. The featured PhD project of Inês Duarte — “Bridging the Gap Towards Sustainability: Empowering Rural Education through Open Schooling” — is a collaboration between ARMA-Sci and the University of Aveiro (CIDTFF), funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT). ARMA-Sci institutional partners: Municipality of Armamar and the Armamar School Cluster (Agrupamento de Escolas Gomes Teixeira). Further information or inquiries: [email protected]
