When Chaos Gives Light to Life: A Journey to the Origins
This article explores the dynamics between chaos and order as essential elements in the origin of life. The study proposes that moments of agitation and calm in the early universe created conditions conducive to the emergence of complex biological structures. Based on an interdisciplinary analysis that integrates scientific concepts of dynamical systems, theories of abiogenesis, and flagship experiments such as the Miller-Urey experiment, the paper discusses how self-organization emerged from the initial chaos, leading to the formation of replicating molecules and cells. In addition, the delicate balance maintained by living systems, where adaptability and stability coexist, is explored, reflecting on the implications of this process for continuous evolution and for the understanding of the mechanisms that sustain life. In short, the study offers a new perspective on how seemingly contrasting forces interconnect and complement each other to give birth to life, providing valuable insights for both science and philosophy
