Simulation for Biomedical Applications: Design and Analysis of Cmos Operational Amplifiers
Abstract: The bulk of the focus that is being placed on this investigation is now being devoted on enhancing the DC open loop gain of a CMOS operational amplifier. This is due to the fact that this study has the potential to one day be utilized in the field of medicine. For the objectives of theoretical product computation, design, simulation, and verification, it is intended to make use of the software packages CADENCE Allegro SPB and OrCAD Capture. As a result of our investigation into a CMOS operational amplifier circuit designed for use in biomedical applications, we came across a device that had a power dissipation (PD) of 0.07891 mW and a DC open-loop gain of 133.33 decibels. These figures were obtained as a result of the discovery of a device with a power dissipation (PD) of 0.07891 mW. Therefore, we concluded that this specific component may be used in a variety of biological contexts. In light of these results, it seems that the device has the potential to be a viable alternative for applications that require low DC voltages.
