JURISDICTION RULES OF THE BRUSSELS I REGULATION FOR THE RESOLUTION OF INTERNATIONAL DISPUTES

This article analyzes the significance of Regulation No. 1215/2012 "Brussels I" in the field of private international law, particularly its jurisdictional rules.
