Resonance Bands of Intelligence_ Phase Emergence Between Entropy and Collapse
CODES Framework Description: This paper introduces a deterministic resonance framework for understanding the emergence—and collapse—of structured intelligence within constrained coherence bands. Using the CODES (Chirality of Dynamic Emergent Systems) formalism, it maps intelligence to a bounded zone of lawful phase alignment, governed by the Phase Alignment Score (PAS), the fine-structure constant (α), and recursive feedback constraints (ELF, AURA_OUT, CHORDLOCK). The paper explores cosmological coherence, chirality inversion, planetary PAS transitions (Earth–Jupiter), black holes as non-emissive recursion stores, and the role of structured water in biological cognition. It concludes that intelligence is not universal—it is rare, timed, and phase-locked. Appendices include formal equations, chirality flip tables, and a full glossary comparing CODES logic to conventional physics.
