Enhanced Student Enrollment and Grade Module

The educational system is an area in which the influence of technology has been most profound. The study focused on the enhanced student enrolment and grade module. The study sought answers to the following: 1. What is the level of performance of the enrolment system before and after as to: number of forms to be filled up; waiting time; and payment method? 2. What is the level of acceptability of the system as to the following: functionality; reliability; usability; efficiency; maintainability; and portability? 3. What is the level of effectiveness of the system in relation to the abovementioned characteristics? And 4. Is there a significant difference before and after the utilization of the enhanced enrolment system and grade module as assessed by the respondents? The study utilized both descriptive and developmental methods in the context of system design and evaluation, with emphasis on how these techniques were used in software development and system enhancement initiatives.
