This work introduces a geometric model of the photon as a pair of massless, oppositely charged particles rotating along a circular path at the speed of light. The model explains the fundamental properties of the photon, including spin (ħ), zero rest mass, quantized energy (E = ħω), and the de Broglie relation (λ = h / p). The photon is described as a dynamic toroidal structure with a finite volume that increases with wavelength. Notably, its spatial extension can exceed that of a hydrogen atom, highlighting a new paradigm: a massless particle with extended structure. The paper also addresses the electromagnetic mass and magnetic moment paradox: the two cannot simultaneously vanish. This suggests a structural uncertainty principle between electromagnetic mass and magnetic moment. The model is consistent with quantum and relativistic frameworks and provides an alternative geometric interpretation of the photon.
