ψ⁸ and the Absence of Duration: Toward a Theory of Time-Free Structures
This article introduces a new ontological framework for understanding elementary reality beyond time. By analyzing the paradox of durationless particles and the structural impossibility of temporal identity, it proposes ψ⁸ as a fold of irreducible difference—capable of sustaining presence without event, and matter without unfolding. ψ⁸ is presented not as a scientific model, but as a principle of retention: a topology of non-coincidence that holds the unresolved as a condition of the real. The implications extend into physics, metaphysics, biology, and artificial intelligence, offering a new criterion of reality grounded in difference that does not resolve.
