Quantum-Resistant Blockchain-Based E-Voting System with Enhanced Voter Privacy and Real-Time Transparency
ABSTRACT This research proposes a secure and transparent e-voting system that leverages blockchain technology and post- quantum cryptography (PQC) to address inherent vulnerabilities in both traditional and existing electronic voting mechanisms. The primary objectives are to ensure voter privacy, eliminate vote tampering, and enable real-time dissemination of tamper-proof results. By integrating NIST- recommended PQC algorithms such as CRYSTALS-Kyber and CRYSTALS-Dilithium, and incorporating government- issued digital identity systems, the proposed framework delivers end-to-end security, making it resilient against both classical and quantum threats. General Terms Quantum-Resistant Blockchain-Based E-Voting System with Enhanced Voter Privacy and Real-Time Transparency. Keywords Blockchain, E-Voting, Voter Privacy, Post-Quantum Cryptography, CRYSTALS-Kyber, CRYSTALS-Dilithium, SHA-256, Transparent Elections, Immutable Ledgers.
