Versioned Archive and Review of Biotic Interactions and Taxon Names Found within ZekeMarshall/ZMBioticInteractions hash://md5/7e7ffc737f723321ca474ee497efafce

Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We present a review and archiving process for such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin and discuss its outcome. The dataset under review, named ZekeMarshall/ZMBioticInteractions, has fingerprint hash://md5/7e7ffc737f723321ca474ee497efafce, is 153KiB in size and contains 334 interactions with 7 unique types of associations (e.g., eats) between 276 primary taxa (e.g., Heterobasidium annosum) and 6 associated taxa (e.g., Ulmus glabra). This report includes detailed summaries of interaction data, a taxonomic review from multiple catalogs, and an archived version of the dataset from which the reviews are derived.
