Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We present a review and archiving process for such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin and discuss its outcome. The dataset under review, named millerse/Weidinger-et-al.-2009, has fingerprint hash://md5/7e43de6d2a1e16d7e63fc3dd60312990, is 31.5KiB in size and contains 62 interactions with 1 unique type of association (e.g., preysOn) between 24 primary taxa (e.g., Martes) and 13 associated taxa (e.g., Sylvia atricapilla). This report includes detailed summaries of interaction data, a taxonomic review from multiple catalogs, and an archived version of the dataset from which the reviews are derived.
