To achieve the goal, a set of research methods was used, in particular, themethods of system analysis, comparative analysis, statistical generalization, as well as theoreticalmodeling methods to formulate recommendations for improving the investment climate in industry.Research results. As a result of the study, the dynamics of FDI attraction in the industrial sectorof Ukraine for the period 2020–2023 were analyzed, the main trends and structural changes ininvestment flows were identified. Key factors influencing the investment attractiveness of industrialsectors were studied, in particular, the availability of qualified personnel, logistical advantages, as wellas the need for infrastructure modernization.
