From Chaos to Clarity: A Researcher's Life in Research Data Management
The life of a researcher is often fast-paced and unpredictable, leaving little time for thorough documentation or metadata annotation. However, effective Research Data Management (RDM) should be a fundamental component of every research project, as it underpins both the reliability and reproducibility of results. In this context, the FAIRification of data—ensuring it is Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable—is a crucial element of RDM and should be integrated throughout every stage of the data lifecycle.
