Antenna with 13 flagellomeres, the last flagellomere 1200 µm long, AR 2.48. Temporals 75, including 63 verticals, 5 postoculars, and 17 orbitals. Palpomere lengths (in μm): 80; 200; 310; 280; 390. Clypeus with 30 setae. Thorax. Acrostichals 0, dorsocentrals 29, prealars 11, scutellars 50. Wing. R with 25 setae; R 1 with 15 setae; R 4+5 with 6 setae; squama with 62 setae. VR 0.84. Legs. Spur of fore tibia 110μm long; spurs of mid tibia 80 and 90 μm; spurs of hind tibia 70 μm and 120 μm long. Hind tibia comb with 12 setae, 40–90 μm long. Lengths and proportions of legs as Table 2. Hypopygium (Figs. 2A–D). Tergite IX with 30 setae on each side, consisting of a semi-enclosed pale patch. Laterosternite IX with 15–18 setae. Anal point 90 μm long, tapering towards the apex, with a weak sclerotized vestigial mark between the main stem and the peg (Figs. 2A, C). Sternapodeme with a broad arch, 55 μm wide in the middle. Aedeagal lobe elongate, tapering towards to the apex, ca. 160 μm long (Figs. 2B, D). Gonocoxite 510 μm long, with a triangular lobe basally, bearing more than 20 long setae (ca. 50 μm) in the outer margin, a protuberance with a tuft present in the dorsomedial surface. Gonostylus 265 μm long, with a broad protuberant lobe near the middle. Megaseta 45 μm long. HR 1.92. Female and immatures. Unknown Remarks. The current species is relatively larger and easy to separate from the known species in the branickii - group by the shape of gonostylus (Figs. 2A–D). Currently, the species is only known in the type locality.
