Paper 49: Classical Derivation of the Schwinger Term (QED Anomaly Leading Coefficient) from SU(2) Spinor Memory Geometry in the Holosphere Lattice
This paper presents a geometric account of the leading quantum electrodynamics (QED) anomalous magnetic moment coefficient, the Schwinger term α/(2π)\alpha / (2\pi)α/(2π), using SU(2) spinor closure geometry applied to discrete 2π2\pi2π transport loops. The derivation relies only on the double-cover topology of SU(2) over SO(3), where a 2π2\pi2π rotation induces a sign inversion and full phase closure requires 4π4\pi4π. When transport proceeds in closed 2π2\pi2π cycles, this closure mismatch yields two structural consequences: parity alternation in successive loop contributions and a universal loop-index damping constant fixed by loop-length normalization. From this geometry, the damping constant follows as γ=α/(2π)\gamma = \alpha / (2\pi)γ=α/(2π), and a minimal parity-alternating loop architecture reproduces the Schwinger coefficient as its leading term. A discrete SU(2) lattice simulation validates two mechanism-level predictions without imposing either exponential decay or sign alternation by construction: (i) loop magnitudes decay exponentially with fitted rate converging toward α/(2π)\alpha / (2\pi)α/(2π), and (ii) successive loop contributions alternate in sign consistent with 2π2\pi2π spinor inversion. The agreement tightens under increased sampling and is evaluated under explicit statistical acceptance gates. This paper is intentionally restricted to the leading coefficient and does not claim reproduction of higher-order QED terms. The result is therefore coefficient-level: the Schwinger term emerges as a closure-normalized geometric ratio once α\alphaα is supplied as an external scale.
