Actualization Cosmology: Drift Dynamics, Emergent Gravity, and Particle Survival Across the Cosmic Gravitational Background

This work presents a unified Actualization Cosmology model integrating Planck-scale quantum processes, CGWB-driven displacement dynamics, and emergent gravitational stabilization. Through empirical validation with galaxy cluster drift data and theoretical modeling of actualization-based baryogenesis, we demonstrate that cosmic structures form primarily through directional gravitational wave influence rather than initial gravitational collapse. Photons, electrons, neutrinos, and select leptons are shown to meet survival criteria under Planck-scale actualization forces. The model reinterprets dark matter lensing, baryogenesis, and Hubble tension phenomena within a single falsifiable framework. This represents a foundational shift beyond ΛCDM cosmology.
