Abstract: This paper highlights a potentially overlooked hidden variable in Bell inequality experiments: the homogeneity of measurement principles at both ends. Even with different devices, similar measurement mechanisms may introduce systematic statistical bias, challenging the assumption of statistical independence. This local mechanism, though not considered in Bell’s theorem, could influence experimental outcomes without implying non-locality.
