Versioned Archive and Review of Biotic Interactions and Taxon Names Found within qgroom/iguana hash://md5/e221d6ce03642e054dc9b6519d6c9203
Life on Earth is sustained by complex interactions between organisms and their environment. These biotic interactions can be captured in datasets and published digitally. We present a review and archiving process for such an openly accessible digital interactions dataset of known origin and discuss its outcome. The dataset under review, named qgroom/iguana, has fingerprint hash://md5/e221d6ce03642e054dc9b6519d6c9203, is 91.2KiB in size and contains 159 interactions with 9 unique types of associations (e.g., eats) between 59 primary taxa (e.g., Iguana iguana) and 68 associated taxa (e.g., Iguana iguana). This report includes detailed summaries of interaction data, a taxonomic review from multiple catalogs, and an archived version of the dataset from which the reviews are derived.
