The research focused on teachers with contractual employment status, aiming to understand the realities they face in their professional lives. Utilizing a qualitative research design grounded in phenomenology, this paper examined the various struggles encountered by these educators, including job insecurity, limited opportunities for professional growth, and the need to quickly adapt to shifting institutional demands. In addition, the study delved into the psychosocial impacts of contractual teaching, highlighting how unstable employment affects teachers' mental well-being, motivation, and classroom performance. These effects also influence the educational experiences of students and the overall school environment. The research further explored strategies employed by contractual teachers to manage instability while maintaining the quality of instruction. These strategies demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a profound commitment to the teaching profession, despite challenging circumstances. The findings of this study aim to support ongoing policy discussions on improving the working conditions of contractual teachers and promoting sustainable employment practices in private educational institutions. By giving voice to the often-overlooked experiences of contractual educators, the research seeks to influence decision-makers and stakeholders in education. The insights gained may contribute to efforts in increasing teacher retention and enhancing educational quality. With its relevance and academic rigor, this paper may be considered for submission to a distinguished journal in education or social sciences.
