Advances in Biomass Energy Technology: The Future of Sustainable Development

Abstract: A renewable energy source, biomass is made from organic resources including wood, animal dung, and agricultural waste. lowering greenhouse gas emissions and offering a substitute for fossil fuels, is essential to generating sustainable energy. Through a variety of processes, such as combustion, gasification, and biochemical conversion, biomass can be transformed into useful energy that produces biofuels, heat, and electricity. Notwithstanding its advantages for the environment, issues including competition for land use, efficiency issues, and emissions regulation must be resolved to fully realize its potential. Biomass is an essential part of the shift to a low-carbon economy, and its integration into a sustainable energy future depends on policy support and biomass technologies. Bioenergy technology advancements are increasing efficiency and lowering environmental consequences. To guarantee its sustainable usage, however, issues including resource availability, pollution management, and land-use rivalry must be resolved. Compared to conventional energy, biomass energy lowers greenhouse gas emissions
