Digamasellidae Evans 1957

DIGAMASELLIDAE Evans, 1957 Species from this family were often collected from Coleoptera, Hymenoptera and Diptera (Hunter and Rosario 1988). About 100 species were collected from Coleoptera (Hunter 1993a). However, on the Passalidae they are found exceptionally. Dendrolaelaps passalorum (Pearse and Wharton, 1936) was found on Odontotaenius disjunctus and Popilius sp. (Delfinado and Baker 1975; Hunter 1993a); and Dendrolaelaps sp. and Digamasellus sp. were found on O. zodiacus and O. striatopunctatus (Barrios-Torres and Villegas-Guzmán 2015) (Tables 2, 4 and 8).
