PREVENTION OF PROFESSIONAL BURNOUT OF HOSPITAL SURGICAL NURSES
Professional burnout among nurses is a pressing issue, especially in surgical inpatient settings, where high demands for work quality and emotional strain can contribute to the development of depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment. This article examines the factors influencing the formation of professional burnout among nurses working in surgical wards and presents an analysis of data that may aid in the prevention of this phenomenon. Using statistical data, we analyze the impact of organizational measures such as stress resilience training, psychological support, and flexible work schedules on reducing the manifestations of burnout.
