PQF Principle: No Reduction to Feasibility Trilingual Statement
This trilingual statement (English, Polish, Portuguese) presents the PQF Principle: No Reduction to Feasibility, a core philosophical and operational position within the Possest–PQF framework. The principle rejects the dominant logic of programism and engineering modelling, which reduces complex problems to simplified forms dictated by external feasibility standards. Instead, PQF defines problems as configurations of Intensity — topologies of differences, bifurcations, and accessibility — that exist in their own rhythm and resist arbitrary reduction. The text includes a borderline note addressing anthropocentric myths of linear human progress, referencing historical events such as Auschwitz and the genocide in Gaza as inseparable components of modernity, not accidents. Operational implications outline how this principle guides methodological decisions, emphasising humility before Intensity rather than human mastery. This document is intended as both a philosophical position and an operational guide, and is not a code, law, or regulation. Every perversely constructed formula of totalisation or globalisation, the text warns, always carries fascism within itself. Keywords: PQF, Possest, philosophy of intensity, problem topology, non-reduction, feasibility, programism, anti-anthropocentrism, filtration theory, bifurcation, accessibility topology, organisational principle, chrono-topology, operational philosophy, anti-fascism.
