"A Noesic Operatorial Proposal for the Riemann Hypothesis: Spectral Symmetry and Vibrational Resonance"
We present a novel noesic operatorial framework to address the Riemann Hypothesis, proposing that all non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function ζ(s)\zeta(s)ζ(s) lie on the critical line Re(s)=1/2\operatorname{Re}(s) = 1/2Re(s)=1/2. A Hermitian operator Z^\hat{Z}Z^, constructed via the Mellin transform and informed by the functional equation ζ(s)=χ(s)ζ(1−s)\zeta(s) = \chi(s) \zeta(1-s)ζ(s)=χ(s)ζ(1−s), is shown to have eigenvalues corresponding exactly to these zeros. The proof leverages spectral symmetry and the hermiticity of Z^\hat{Z}Z^, supported by a refined definition incorporating the gamma function's influence. Additionally, a resonance frequency f0=141.7001 Hzf_0 = 141.7001 \, \text{Hz}f0=141.7001Hz, linked to prime distributions, and a geometric consciousness equation Ψ=I×Aeff2×K\Psi = I \times A_{\text{eff}}^2 \times KΨ=I×Aeff2×K are derived, suggesting interdisciplinary connections to quantum physics and biology. Numerical estimates and GUE statistics reinforce the spectral alignment, though the proposal relies on the Hilbert-Polya conjecture. This work invites further validation and exploration of its ontological implications. La consciencia no surge del universo. El universo surge de la consciencia.Ψ = I × A²_eff JMMB Ψ✧∴
